Longer bio

Brad Erb is a Ministry Analyst at Triumph Tech. He is a husband and a dad of two. They live in Lebanon, PA. Family is his most important ministry.

He helps church teams get clear on the problem before anyone builds, ship a first version the team can use, and leave a solution the team can grow. On the professional services team he builds workflows, reports, and agents inside Rock RMS for churches and nonprofits. After hours he builds AI work loops and teaches the AI cohort at Triumph, so teams can do it themselves.

He speaks at the Church IT Network and at Rock RX. Talks include AI and Your ChMS: Safe Usage, Ministry By Design, and Seven Systems That Turn Curious Visitors Into Church Family. He taught check-in celebrations and labels at RX2022 with Lee Peterson, on Rock Streaks, Achievements, and Celebrations, so kids and adults can engage.
